Other Vilniaus energija UAB 1 days 2016-11-28 13:51:54 UAB „Vilniaus energija“ (hereinafter – the Company) announces that the Company‘s monetary funds amounting to 19,8 mln Eur and kept in the Company’s bank accounts have been seized in line with temporary safeguarding measures applied by the ruling of Vilnius Regional Administrative Court passed on 21 November 2016. The temporary safeguarding measure mentioned above may impede for some time the Company’s abilities to fulfill timely payments for the biomass supplied. This means that due to previously mentioned reasons the Company’s right to dispose one’s monetary funds is temporarily limited, therefore the payments under the Exchange concluded contracts may by temporarily hindered. The Company assures that all the payments under the Exchange concluded contracts shall be duly made as soon as the Company’s right to dispose its monetary funds is restored.
